Erasmus+ News & Regulations

Recruitment for Erasmus+ scholarships is now open for the academic year 2025/2026.

 

Important dates

21.02.2025 – deadline for submission of application files

26-27.02.2025 – qualification meetings

28.02.2025 – end of recruitment, nominations announced

 

Language Tests

Interviews in relevant foreign languages (English, German, French, Spanish, Italian) are conducted in the Foreign Languages Centre (FLC) / SPNJO; registration and interview dates are published at https://spnjo.uwr.edu.pl/ Students of Tourism & Hospitality do not need to be interviewed for their knowledge of English, as they have been recruited based on a proof of at least B2 level of English.

 

Application file contents:

  1. CV (tabular)
  2. Erasmus+ application form including a letter of motivation and mobility capital declaration (template below).
  3. Transcript of records generated from the USOS, valid at the end of winter semester 2024/2025.
  4. Copy of a language certificate (this applies to Applicants who are not interviewed by SPNJO).
  5. Written consent of master thesis supervisor.
